Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Veesha (the "Company") and users regarding the use of AI astrology services (the "Service").

• Astrology services in various fields such as love, career, health, and wealth
• Monthly and yearly fortune predictions
• Personalized advice and guidance

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

• Stealing or improperly using others' personal information
• Acts that interfere with the stable operation of the Service
• Acts that interfere with other users' use of the Service
• Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Company or other users
• Acts that are objectively recognized as being related to crime

Article 6 (Service Suspension)

The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service when there are reasons such as maintenance, inspection, replacement and failure of information and communication facilities such as computers, and interruption of communication. In this case, the Company will notify in advance.

Article 7 (Privacy Protection and Email Consent)

The Company collects the minimum necessary information when collecting users' personal information and protects users' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Email Consent for Google Sign-up: When registering through a Google account, users are considered to have consented to receiving all forms of emails including newsletters, service updates, and marketing information. Users can opt out of email communications at any time.

Nature of Service: All reports and analysis results provided through this service are for entertainment and recreational purposes only and should not be used as a basis for important life decisions or actions. veesha.io assumes no responsibility for any such results.

The Company is not responsible for the following cases:

• Service suspension due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure
• Service use disorders due to user's fault
• User's trust in the reliability or accuracy of information posted on the Service
• Loss of expected profits or damages from using the Service
• All consequences resulting from user's life decisions based on service results

Article 9 (Service Termination and Refund Policy)

Service Termination Rights: veesha.io reserves the right to terminate or suspend the service at any time without prior notice. This may occur for any reason including technical issues, business policy changes, legal requirements, or any other circumstances.

Refund Policy: Even if users have completed payment, veesha.io assumes no responsibility for refunds for any losses arising from service termination, suspension, or changes. All payments are final and non-refundable.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

When a dispute arises between the Company and users regarding the use of the Service, the Company and users shall consult in good faith to resolve the dispute. If consultation is not reached, it shall be resolved in accordance with relevant laws.
